Strule cottage was perfect for our long weekend away, while we were visiting family in Strabane. The cottage has been tastefully decorated, with large en suite bedrooms and a lovely, cosy living area, complete with wood burning stove. It was very reasonably priced and would be suitable for a large group or a couple of families wishing to stay together. The cottage owner met us on arrival and was very helpful. We would definately recommend to others and would consider staying again ourselves. Stayed November 2014, travelled with family

This was a return visit for me and my family...there were 7 of us staying in this cottage and other family visited us throughout our stay, the cottage was a great size for the daily comings and goings! It was more than ideal for my Gran who finds it extremely difficult at times to get around as she isn't very mobile with her physical disability. However as everything was on the ground level, this was great for my gran and the bedrooms had plenty of room with ensuite bathrooms. There was walk in showers for my gran, which again suited her needs etc. The kitchen was a great size with everything you need to cook your meals for the family! The views from our cottage were spectacular and the coal fire was something special. A special thanks to Anne - who as always is extremely helpful from booking stage, making sure my families needs were met and through to when we were leaving! We most definitely hope to return once again as a family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in these amazing cottages!!

My family has been coming to Northern Ireland for many years and, having found Finn Valley Cottages a few years ago, we are unlikely to go anywhere else. This year we stayed in Strule Cottage which has been designed for the less mobile visitors (such as my parents) and it was great having easy access to the ground floor bedrooms and ensuites. The view from the two floor to ceiling windows in the lounge is stunning, I could just sit and look across to Donegal for hours! Anne, the host, is extremely accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The welcome pack is lovely after a long journey and providing washing up liquid, washing powder and dishwasher tablets is great because you don't have to go out and buy any just for the holiday. The cleanliness is exceptionally high and the kitchen facilities are very good. Tourist information is provided (in addition to Anne's knowledge) and the wi-fi is very useful too. I thoroughly recommend Finn Valley Cottages - you won't be disappointed. Stayed August 2014, travelled with family
